Summary: Play Doh, Play Doh everywhere. . . .

Review: For the love of all that is good and holy, who needs this much Play Doh? You have to admit that no human being needs to be in possession of this much Play Doh at one time. If you buy this for your kid, he may go into Play Doh overload. When I was a kid, you thought you were cool if you got the Play Doh set with the barber chair - - or perhaps the McDonald's set. Now in order to compete, must we have the Play Doh set in several dozen fashion colors??

Review:
This is an awesome set for the price. It's tool set leaves little to be desired. This could be the only set you need, unless you are a playdough enthusiast, in which case, the dough color selection alone is worth the price. My 4 year old loved it!! (My 10 and 13 year olds won't admit it, but they did too)
The only reason I gave 4 stars for durability,is because playdough by its very nature is not a durable toy, unless you take a lot better care of it than my kids do. But the tools will last a lifetime under normal use, and the dough is soft and of good quality

Summary: The Cadillac of PlayDoh Sets

Review: This item is truly the Cadillac of the PlayDoh world, perhaps I should equate it to the Hummer, since there is a Hummvee/Jeep mold included. Either way, it one of the best things we bought for our 3 year old's birthday, there are so many shapes and colors, we can keep her playing for hours with this set. We bought along with the all-in-one PlayDoh Bucket, which I also recommend, together these kits make for a complete PlayDoh fantasy land for those who are less than thrilled with the "Food Imitation" type kits that are available in most stores.

Review: The decline of Western Civilization.
Ah how I used to love Playdoh with its basic colors and a smell that was uniquely its own which was almost intoxicating.
In the true American tradition of companies not leaving well enough alone the formula of Playdoh has recently been changed and the substance no longer has the wonderful smell it used to have. To add insult to injury the basic colors of the old Playdoh set have changed in hue.
I am sure kids will still have fun playing with stuff but gone are the good old days of Playdoh.
If Coca-Cola can come out with Classic Coke why can't this company come out with classic Playdoh?
